Peak Hospitality Group has done an excellent job at managing our vacation rental. They’ve really taken an active role and treated our home like it’s their own. I’ve never doubted that our property would be taken care of. In addition, we’ve had a great response from guests and had a huge increase in reservations as they have done search optimization for our listings. We switched property management companies a few months ago to Peak Hospitability Group and have been extremely pleased and happy that we did! Peak Hospitality Group is very professional and easy to work with. We live in Texas and our cabin is in Florissant, CO. Best Decision Ever...
My husband and I have owned our cabin north of Divide since 2016 and have always utilized it as a short term rental. Over the course of the 6 years, we had 2 different Property Managers and were incredibly disappointed in both. Our cabin was not cleaned properly, our property got damaged and we never got compensated for it, and with both managers, we struggled to fill our schedule except for Jun-Aug.
At the point we met with Peak Hospitality Group, we were sadly looking for a realtor to sell our cabin, as we could not afford to continue with no bookings and repeat damages that were only met with excuses.
What a difference a GOOD Property Manager makes!!! We went from no bookings at all, to being booked at a much higher rate, all but 2 days our first full month with them! Their cleaners are Amazing! Sending me pictures after each cleaning and catching any damage immediately. We are so excited about our future for our cabin with the help of Peak Hospitality Group!
